Taylor Law are pleased to announce that Shah Ahmed has joined the Criminal and Misconduct Law team, based in Leeds. Shah qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 and has built a distinguished career in Criminal Defence law and specializing in Police Misconduct cases.

He is also a fully accredited police station representative, regularly attending police stations across Yorkshire and beyond to represent clients facing a wide range of allegations—from minor road traffic offences to the most serious charges, including murder and terrorism.

With significant experience at the Magistrates’ Court, he is a confident and skilled advocate. He has worked extensively with Counsel in the Crown Court, representing clients charged with high-profile and complex crimes.

His previous roles have allowed him to develop a deep expertise in Crown Court cases, particularly serious criminal matters, and he has worked alongside numerous barristers who have since been appointed as Judges and King’s Counsel.

His  practice focuses on providing the highest level of defence in both criminal and police misconduct matters.
