Andrew is an employment solicitor with a background in both employment and civil litigation at regional law firms. 

He believes in the importance of being personable and approachable, whilst providing tailored and pragmatic advice, given the stressful nature of employment disputes. Whilst being mindful of the sensitivities such situations can present, Andrew ensures the advice that he provides is clear, comprehensive and accessible,and that clients feel comfortable and confident in the support given to them. 

Andrew has extensive experience in providing practical advisory support to employer clients on day to day employment and HR matters. He has experience on advising on a wide range of employment issues, including but not limited to Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, and Settlement Agreements. 

Andrew has a strong background in advocacy. He has represented Claimants and Respondents in preliminary hearings in the employment tribunal. Previously he has also represented litigation clients in the county court during his time as a solicitor, which was a natural progression from his time as a Court Advocate across the Northern Circuit in 2022.   

Andrew has written a variety of commentaries on legal matters, and has been featured in both national media and The Law Society Gazette. He has written for local print media on a range of legal topics and delivered seminars on developments in employment law
