Eliana is a Solicitor in the Employment Team at our London office, advising on a broad range of employment law matters.

Having taken a career break to raise her two children before moving into recruitment, Eliana brings both professional expertise and real-world insight to her work. Her background gives her a strong understanding of the challenges faced by both Employers and Employees, allowing her to provide practical, empathetic and commercially minded advice from both Claimant and Respondent perspectives.

Eliana has experience on advising on a wide range of employment issues, including but not limited to Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, Whistleblowing and Redundancy matters. She is passionate about supporting clients through what can often be difficult and stressful situations, and prides herself on delivering clear pragmatic and expert advice in a way that is accessible and easy for clients to understand and feel confident in.
