Debt Collection Law

Taylors Debt Recovery Department provides expert debt recovery services and can pursue your debts in the County Court, High Court or Commercial Court. For debts associated with ships or yachts it may also be possible to secure your claim by arrest of the vessel and action in the Admiralty Court.

Our aim is to collect your debts efficiently and cost effectively, and by doing so, improve your credit control and cashflow. We can instigate court proceedings against individuals or companies, undertake enforcement proceedings, deal with disputed matters and in most cases negotiate a favourable settlement. Furthermore, we can deal with repossessions and recover shortfalls. Whilst our instruction is not a guarantee that you will recover the full sum owing to you, it is well worth noting that the majority of debts will be recovered within 21 days of us being instructed.

The service is a step by step process and our charges are calculated on a fixed basis. You pay as you go and your claim will be assessed at each stage of the process. Specific and more favourable rates are available for volume introducers.

We aim to recover your full debt plus interest plus your legal costs and any enforcement costs. We will assess you prospects of success at each stage of the process and will use our experience and skills to ensure recovery wherever possible.

Please contact us by telephone on 01202 315800, by fax 01202 315815 or by e-mail enquiries@taylorlaw.co.uk and we will be very pleased to answer any questions free of charge. Alternatively complete our enquiry form and send it back to us.
