Demand payment and send a letter threatening legal action against the Debtor.
Deal with any telephone calls or correspondence from the Debtor.
Forward to you details of any contact we have had from the Debtor.
Process any payments received from the Debtor.
Advise you when any time limit has expired and see if you wish to issue legal proceedings; if so Issue legal proceedings in the appropriate Court
Proceed to judgment
Enforce the debt. We have good contacts with Court Baillifs and Sheriff's enforcement officers.

Taylors Debt Recovery Department provides expert debt recovery services and can pursue your debts in the County Court, High Court or Commercial Court. For debts associated with ships or yachts it may also be possible to secure your claim by arrest of the vessel and action in the Admiralty Court.
